The final two undefeated Sangamo conference teams met on the final night of action and Pleasant Plains picked up the 43-35 victory over PORTA in Plains on Thursday evening. Aubrey Vogel and Anna Weber each scored 14 points for their respective teams. Pleasant Plains heads to the Williamsville regional on Monday, PORTA goes to Illini West on Tuesday.
