Springfield led by 10 points in the third quarter until Navehua Collier’s 12 third quarter points led the Spartans back to tie the game late in the period. Springfield outscored Southeast by 10 in the 4th to win 51-39 and improve to 2-0 at the City Tournament. Abigail Malit led Springfield with 19 points while Keziah Toran added another 16. Southeast faces Lanphier Saturday while Springfield plays Sacred Heart-Griffin.
