Before she awarded Anna Weber with the Don Hartlaub Award for MVP of the girls Sangamon County basketball tournament – Mary Hartlaub took the microphone for a couple minutes to discuss the girls county basketball tournament and what it meant for the growth of girls basketball in central Illinois.
