The MacArthur Generals move to 3-0 in the Central State Eight with a 70-60 win over Sacred Heart Griffin on Friday night. Sean Lee and King Dees led the way for the General with 21 points a piece. Tereik Hurd led the way for the Cyclones with 19 points.
