Tri-City moves to 1-1 this season and in the Bill Rucks Tournament as they picked up a 46-43 win over Illini Central on Tuesday night. Both teams play in the tournament on Wednesday night. The Cougars play Clinton at 5:00pm while the Tornadoes will take on Mt Pulaski at 8pm.
