Josh Jostes never had a doubt they would go for two after Ryne Sheppard hit Zach Smith for an 11 yard touchdown to make it 21-20 with 53 seconds to play in the 2A quarterfinal. Sheppard found Smith again for the two point conversion and the Trojans defense held. Maroa-Forsyth beat Quincy Notre Dame 22-21 to advance to the Final Four. Maroa-Forsyth will play at Johnston City on Saturday at 3:30 pm for a trip to the state championship game. This was the Selvaggio Steel Game of the Week.
