One year after finishing runner up in Class 1A, the University High Pioneers will play for the state championship on Saturday. Noah Molitor scored the game’s only goal and Noah Grieshaber preserved the shutout for the Pioneers. U-High will play Chicago Cristo Rey Jesuit on Saturday at 2:30 pm for the 1A state championship.
