This week the Selvaggio Steel Game of the Week heads to the state cross country meet at Detweiler Park in Peoria on Saturday. We are highlighting the defending 2A state champion Glenwood Titans and their CS8 rivals the Rochester Rockets as both prepare to battle for the state title in 2024. We spoke with head coaches Mike Garber and Bill Owens about their teams this season and how they’re preparing for state. The 2A girls race starts at 11 am on Saturday.
