Who are the newcomers we should know about and why?
Parker Maxey, DS, Jr. – Transfer from Lincoln, Good ball skills, athletic, gonna help our back row play.
Elsie Hayes, DS/S, Sr. – returning to the team after missing a couple years because of knee injury. Former Libero for our program.
Head Coach says: We lost two big players in Areonna Craine and Jayla Davis, but we have several returners and a good foundation to the program. Right now, we have a lot of similar players and no real difference maker. So, growing that individual or having those players separate themselves from the pack is a big need. But we do have a large amount of depth and girls hungry for volleyball. They play with fun and energy so again, I think we will be very good by the end of the year. Just going to have to endure some growing pains and players taking bigger roles.
