Head Coach Says –
The girls team put in maybe the best summer in recent history. They got together as a team (weather and vacations permitting) and worked hard all summer. They would meet at the high school in the mornings and run then lift together. It was great to see as many get together as did. I even saw many of them logging miles on their vacations!. This crew has big goals but understands the lessons we learned last year. We plan on taking it one week at a time and working hard together to achieve something amazing. It should be a fun year with these talented ladies.
