Sparta, IL—July 29, 2024—At the AIM Grand Championship—Ben Warwick is the 2024 High-All-Around champion after an exhilarating competition held at the World Recreation and Shooting Complex. Ben emerged victorious among more than 1,600 participants from 33 states, displaying exceptional skill and determination.
The AIM Grand Nationals took place July 25-29, and featured rounds of skeet, sporting clays, trap singles, trap doubles and trap handicap. Warwick demonstrated outstanding performance by winning the All-American awards in the Junior Gold Division in Trap Doubles with a perfect 100 straight, and he won in Trap Handicap. He secured the top spot in the AIM High-Over-All Championship event with 396×400 targets, earning the prestigious title, which means he shot and hit the most targets of all the trap events.
“We are incredibly proud of Ben and his remarkable achievement,” said Lauren Dunn, Head Coach of Lindenwood University Shotgun Sports. “His dedication and talent truly set him apart in this year’s competition.”
In addition to the prestigious High-Over-All title, Ben finished fourth individually in the Junior Gold Sporting Clays competition, with his squad, Lindenwood University, winning the Junior Gold title with the highest score among all divisions. Warwick and his squadmates won the Trap Singles Team title in the Junior Gold and Collegiate divisions.
The AIM Grand Championship continues to be a premier youth shotgun sports event, attracting participants and spectators from across the nation.
