Caroline Willenborg scored the game winning goal with 9:10 to play in the second overtime period to give Pleasant Plains a 2-1 win over Rochester. The Cardinals win the 2A Jacksonville regional championship and will head home to play Champaign Central on Tuesday at 6:30 pm in the Plains sectional semifinal. Sophia Smith scored the first goal for Plains in the first half, Taylor Offer netted the Rockets goal with 14:47 left in regulation.
