Stevie Tatum led the way in scoring and the Generals knocked down their free throws down the stretch to beat the Railsplitters 45-40. MacArthur wins their first ever Central State Eight conference title in boys basketball, finishing a perfect 10-0. The Generals travel to Mt Zion on Tuesday.
