The Alton Redbirds entered Saturday afternoon with just one loss this season, to Green Bay Notre Dame from Wisconsin, and were ranked #2 in 4A. Lincoln beat Alton 57-49 led by 27 points from Kloe Froebe. Becca Heitzig and Jenna Bowman had great shooting days as well for the Railsplitters who travel to Normal U-High on Tuesday night to wrap up Central State Eight conference play.
