The East St. Louis Flyers defeated the Lanphier Lions 70-58 at Illinois Central College on Saturday night. The game was back and forth for much of the night, until the Flyers pulled away early in the fourth to win by double digits. Taylor Powell led all scorers with 19 points. Shaun Hatchett led the Lions with 13 points.
