Sophomores Madison Burke, Anna Weber and Bailey Leach were big for the Cardinals in battling against Navehua Collier, Corrine Pickett and Rakiyah Coleman against the Spartans. Pleasant Plains would rally to beat Southeast 61-54, while Adi Fraase and Marisa Gant were the steadying forces for both squads at the veteran seniors. Pleasant Plains hosts Quincy Notre Dame on Tuesday evening, Southeast hosts Clyde C Miller on Friday.
