The Normal U-High Pioneers travled to Memorial Stadium on Saturday night to take on the Springfield High Senators in their first game at the renovated field. The Pioneers picked up the 35-18 victory with a shutout in the second half after trailing 18-13 at halftime. Alex Weiland threw for two touchdowns for U-High while Caleb Rogers rushed for two touchdowns. Springfield High’s Brody Scheffler also threw for two touchdowns.
