Bridget Lyons scored twice for the Senators in the first half and that held up. Springfield High beat Jacksonville 2-1 in the 2A Springfield High regional semifinal on Tuesday evening at Lee Field. Springfield High will play top seeded Glenwood on Friday at 5 pm for the regional title and a trip to Normal West on Tuesday.
