Here’s a list of the seven Rochester seniors who made their college decisions official at the signing day ceremony on Wednesday:Hannah Hill – Lincoln Land (soccer), Abby Jerszynski – Quincy U (soccer), Maddie Jerszynski – Lincoln Land (soccer), Libby Maddox – Lincoln Land (soccer), Taylor Matthew – Lincoln Land (soccer), A’mare Franklin – Millikin (football) and Andrew Lichtenberger – Quincy U (men’s volleyball).
