Lincoln Land’s pitchers struck out seven, while Jackson College pitchers sat down eight.One bright spot for Jackson College was a single by Logan Angel in the third inning.Adam Lindsey took the win for the Loggers. The righthander allowed four hits and zero runs over six innings, striking out five and walking one. Conn threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.Ethan Ianni toed the rubber for Jackson College. The pitcher went five and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on five hits, striking out seven and walking one. Tim Barno threw one-third of an inning in relief.Wandel Campana led Lincoln Land with two hits in three at bats. Josh Burke went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Jackson College in hits.LLCC vs Western Technical College:Lincoln Land scored 11 runs in the second on their way to an 11-1 victory over Western Technical College on Sunday. The Loggers big bats were led by Trent Koehler, Wandel Campana, Austin Adcock, Drew Ezard, Caleb Royer, and Evan Kochel, all knocking in runs in the inning.Western Technical College got things moving in the first inning. Elijah Guemez drove in one with a single.LLCC pulled away for good with 11 runs in the second inning. In the second Koehler drew a walk, scoring one run, Campana singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run, Adcock drew a walk, scoring one run, Ezard drew a walk, scoring one run, Royer singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs, Kochel singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Trace Melody grounded out, scoring one run, Koehler singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs, and Campana tripled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.Zane Danielson led the Loggers to victory on the pitcher’s mound. The southpaw went three innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out five and walking one. Keleb Rogers threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.Gabriel Peterson started the game for Western Technical College. The righty allowed two hits and seven runs over one and one-third innings, striking out three. Thomas Hackethal, Parker Davis, and Alverado each contributed in relief for Western Technical College.
