Pleasant Plains made more three point baskets than two point baskets and went 12 for 15 from the free throw line to claim the 2A Auburn regional championship over PORTA 40-30 on Friday night. Evan Houser made four threes on his way to 15 points, Zach Powell added 10 for the Cardinals, who will play Bloomington Central Catholic on Wednesday at 7 pm at Pleasant Plains. Gavin Arthalony had 14 for the Bluejays.
