Auburn erased a 14 point deficit and cut the Warriors lead down to one in the fourth quarter, but Athens held on for a 43-34 win in the 2023 Sangamon County Tournament semifinals on Wednesday. Athens will play Pleasant Plains at 8 pm at Plains for the County title.
