Talin Kern hit seven threes total, six in the first half on his way to 23 points to power Auburn to a 72-45 win over Tri-City in game three at the Waverly Holiday Tournament. Joshawa Carrigan led the way for the Tornadoes. Auburn will play the winner of Triopia and Edinburg at 1:30 on Tuesday in the quarterfinals.
