Pleasant Plains went on a 12-0 run after being tied at 10 in the first set and never looked back. The Cardinals beat Williamsville for the third time this season after losing to them in Sangamo play to claim the 2A Riverton sectional championship. Pleasant Plains won 25-14, 25-12 against the Bullets on Wednesday and will now travel to the 2A Maroa-Forsyth super sectional on Friday to play Chillicothe IVC for a return trip to Redbird Arena and the final four.
