The game will be played in Lincoln, but the 3A sectional title game pits two teams from the same city. Normal U-High (33-5) and Normal West (31-6) met on September 24 with the Wildcats winning 2-1. The winner of Wednesday night’s 3A sectional championship (that starts at 6 pm) will advance to play the winner of the Centralia sectional at the 3A Chatham super sectional on Friday night.
