Former Williamsville Bullet Connor Carter got the start on Tuesday night in the Lucky Horseshoes home game against the Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp on Tuesday night. Carter picked up the victory as he tossed five and two-thirds scoreless innings of work where the Shoes came away with the 3-1 win.
