After playing for a sectional title last spring, the highly anticipated matchup this season went to the Titans in game one of the CS8 series. Glenwood beat Springfield 6-4 to stay unbeaten on the season. Parker Detmers got the win on the mound, going four innings. Eli Curtis got the two inning save and Cru Erickson drove in four runs for the Titans, who are scheduled to host the Senators in Chatham on Wednesday.
