Peyton Bergschneider had nine kills, Lauren Buxton had seven kills and the Pleasant Plains Cardinals cruised into the 2A state championship on Saturday with a 25-17, 25-21 victory over Chicago Christian. Plains will play Montini in the 2A state title game on Saturday at approximately 2 pm.
