Football fans all across the state tuned in to see what the eight time state champion Rochester Rockets could do against an 8A powerhouse like Loyola Academy. The Ramblers left no doubt with a 56-7 running clock victory over the Rockets. Quarterback Jake Stearney and running back Marco Maldonado dominated on offense and the Ramblers defense gave up one big play to Illini bound Hank Beatty that set up a last second touchdown to end the first half. Rochester will return to CS8 action in Week Three when they host Sacred Heart Griffin.
