Ryne Crum finished the game off in appropriate fashion…a three run homer to end the game after four innings. Springfield High beat Rochester 16-0 on Tuesday afternoon to open CS8 with a statement victory. Adam Passmore drove in some key runs early, Dalen Banks was lights out on the mound for the win, and the Senators shut out the Rockets to open CS8 play. Springfield High is scheduled to travel to Glenwood on Wednesday, while Rochester will travel to Jacksonville.
