Lincoln Land had two players with double doubles and pulled away from Spoon River in the second half for a 73-62 victory over the Snappers to open Mid-West Athletic conference play on Thursday evening. Emily Meidel had 18 points and 10 rebounds while Cassi Kraft had 13 points and 12 boards. Lanphier graduate Lezhauria Williams was the starting point guard for the visiting Snappers.
