Lanphier outrebounded Sacred Heart-Griffin 61-35 and had all five starters score at least nine points to beat the Cyclones 79-69 on Tuesday evening in the CS8 opener at Lober-Nika gymnasium. KJ Debrick had 15 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists, Tye Banks had 19 points and 12 rebounds and Tae Jackson had 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the Lions. SHG was led by Sam Antonacci’s 16 points, while Jake Hamilton added 11 for the Cyclones. Lanphier hosts Eisenhower on Friday, SHG heads to Jacksonville.
