The Rockets opened their season Monday night with a 47-45 win over Hillsboro. Both teams traded leads throughout the first half before Rochester started to get a little bit of separation in the third. Hillsboro will catch up early in the fourth before Rochester’s defense and missed free throws help seal the win. Kaylen Reed lead the Rockets with 19 points while Nikya Harston lead the Hilltoppers with 16.
