UIS hosted McKendree Thursday night at TRAC. The first half was a battle for the lead but a hot second half lifted the Prairie Stars over the Bearcats 76-53. Keymonta Johnson had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead UIS. Chase Robinson, Trey Marble and Jack Weber all finished with double digit points. UIS hosts Southern Indiana on Saturday.
