The IHSA has released the plan for phase two. They want to make it VERY CLEAR this plan has not been approved by the IDPH yet, but was sent to schools to begin preparation for when and if it is approved. This Phase Two has been voted on and approved by the IHSA, but it is not in effect until the IDPH approves it, so this is only a draft of the proposed plan for the second phase.
