Kaden Froebe led all scorers with 23 points to help to Lincoln fight off a stingy Danville Vikings squad, 60-56 to win the Class 3A Bloomington Regional. After Danville rallied from nine points down to tie Lincoln with two minutes left in the game, Froebe drove to the basket and scored on an off-balance floater to give Lincoln the lead for good. Lincoln trailed 26-22 in second quarter but went on a 13-1 run to take a 35-27 lead into halftime. The Railers extended the lead to ten in third quarter but could never quite put away Danville until the very end. Lincoln moves on to their own sectional next Wednesday night where they will host Decatur MacArthur.
