West Central built a strong second quarter lead on Calhoun, getting up as many as 15 on the Warriors in the 1A Dupo Sectional Semifinals Wednesday night, only to watch the Warriors battle back. Calhoun got it as close as four to close the third quarter and had it within five in the final moments of the game, but West Central held on with strong foul shooting down the stretch to close a 52-45 win over Calhoun and move into the 1A Dupo Sectional Championship against Madison Friday night at 7 pm.
