Pleasant Plains beat Tri-City 45-41 to win their third straight County title Friday night. Ashlyn Sturdy had a huge game for the Tornadoes with 31 points but the Cardinals led by Asya Smith’s 20 points found a way to hold off Tri-City for the championship win.
