The Cardinals went on a 17-0 run in the third quarter to push Pleasant Plains past Auburn for a 49-26 win in Sangamo action on Thursday night.
Ali Fraase and Caroline Jachino were in early foul trouble and were forced to sit the entire second quarter which saw Auburn lead Plains by three at halftime.
