Rolando “Pee Wee” Brown and Brian Tyler both dropped 19 points to lead Peoria Manual to a 63-53 win over Lanphier at the Tournament of Champions. Michael Ousley led the Lions with a team high 19 points, ten of those points coming in the third quarter.
