Teutopolis broke their own record on Saturday with 17 hits against Pleasant Plains, bringing in 12 runs to beat the Cardinals 12-6 in the 2A state championship.
The Wooden Shoes scored three runs in the final two innings to pull away from the Cardinals who showed some fight to make it 9-6 in the bottom of the sixth inning.
