After suffering a humbling home senior night loss to SHG this past Friday night the U-High Pioneers bounced back to play spoiler on the road for Glenwood’s senior night in a 37-32 CS8 road win.
Nate Torres would score 10 of his 12 points in the first half to give the Pioneers the early lead that they would not relinquish the rest of the game.
With the win Normal U-High goes to 20-8 overall and 13-4 in the CS8 as the Pioneers will travel to Southeast on Friday and try and spoil the Spartans quest to go undefeated in the CS8.
