A very back and forth first half saw SHS take a 18-16 lead into the half. The Senators would take a 31-28 lead into the fourth as Maya Fetter would knock down a three as time expired. Springfield would control early as they led 36-28 with 6:33 remaining in the 4th. The Panthers would come back and after trailing 43-42 with 1:10 remaining, Kayla Gordon would get a steal to put OTHS up 44-43. The Panthers would hold off Springfield from that point on to get the 47-46 win to take home the regional title.
