Freshman Maddie Roberts was playing in her first ever Sangamon County tournament game, but it sure didn’t look like. The Bullets got 18 points from Roberts to beat Riverton 50-39 on Tuesday evening and push Williamsville into the semifinals.
Riverton scored just one point in the second quarter but the Hawks were able to cut a 16 point lead late in the third down to just three halfway through the fourth quarter. Williamsville will play Auburn on Wednesday night in the semifinals
