Ashlyn Sturdy scored 16 points, two more than Auburn’s Marley Smith and those final two came with 2.0 on the clock to give Tri-City a 36-34 victory.
Auburn led by two after a quarter but Tri-City tied it up at half. Nicole Weaver had three three-pointers in the 3rd to give Auburn a lead but Tri-City tied it up heading into the fourth quarter.
