Elizabeth Curtin came up huge in the first and third sets to power the Taylorville Tornadoes to their third straight regional title, this one a three set thriller over SHG 26-24, 19-25, 25-15 in the 3A Lincoln regional championship.
Natalie Snyder helped out with the scoring and Reagan Morrison played a huge role on defense for the Tornadoes. SHG was powered by Darby Moore in the second set.
Taylorville advances to the 3A Sacred Heart Griffin sectional where they play the Jerseyville regional winner on Monday night.
