The Generals were controlling the 4th quarter as Deyon Jackson found AJ Lawson for a deep td to give MacArthur a 32-16 lead over Southeast. The Spartans and Generals would trade touchdowns making the score 38-24 with 3:35 left in the game. Southeast would cut the lead to six as Stuart Ross found Michael Tyler for a long td. The Spartans would have one last drive to try and win the game but the Mac defense stepped up and forced a Ross fumble as time expired. MacArthur would go onto win 38-32.
