Wearing a Pretzel uniform, he won a state title in the 400 and helped the 2016 track team bring home the 1A state title. Now Kahlil Wassell has been busy studying abroad in Italy before he heads back to Harvard for the fall semester. Wassell is running the 100 and 200 on the Crimson track team and studying engineering in the hopes that someday he’ll be building rockets for NASA. We sit down with Wassell to talk favorite meals across the pond, listening to podcasts and catching up with other Channel1450 ‘legends’ at the state fair.
