Despite Jack Marinko’s 26 points, MacArthur is headed to the Collinsville Tournament Semifinal to play host Collinsville. MacArthur pulled ahead in a big third quarter, leading by as many as 18, to finish off Edwardsville 64-55. Amir and Armon Brummett had 15 points apiece to lead the Generals.
MacArthur plays Collinsville in the second semifinal matchup at 8 p.m. The winner of that game will play the winner of the 6:30 matchup between Southeast and Lincoln.
