We made our way down to the Bank of Springfield Center on Wednesday afternoon for Day 1 of the 2nd annual Abe’s Rumble wrestling tournament.
PORTA went 3-1 in pool play, losing only to Lena Winslow and Trey Hild went 4-0 on the day. Auburn started their day by beating Robinson 44-24 before losing to Reed Custer 52-21 with Caleb Nix and Michael Ushman winning both of their matches.
The bracket portion starts Wednesday night at 7 p.m. and will resume on Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
